Go for a walk along the beach, enjoy the nature and the peace, you can also walk to the gorge Prestgjógv a few hundred meters north-west of the village, or go for a walk to Kirkjuvatn, a lake just above the church of Fámjin.Go fishing down at the harbour or at the lake Kirkjuvatn. Ask in the Coffe Shop where you can rent fishing rods if you don't have one.
